A project about a Swedish village named Hissmossa.
It's a social-political work where I research the village's opinion about the refugee policy in their own country. Two publications, five paintings and a 20-minute movie are part of this project. With this I'm finding a way to tell a story in different ways, using different techniques and mediums. The project tells the story of how the residents in this village are separated from the outside world. The only way they find their way to current events is via mass-media, such as the refugee crisis. But they don't experience this from up close. However, they do have opinions about the topic.
